DJ Services:
Our flexi DJ package for 2023 is priced at R6750.00, and it includes the following:
- Unlimited DJ service until midnight
- Full lighting rig to create a vibrant atmosphere
- Sound system suitable for up to 120 people
- 1600w smoke machine for added visual effects
- Dual wireless microphones for speeches and announcements
- Free travel within Pretoria
We understand that every event is different, and our DJ package can be adjusted to suit your specific requirements. You can add or subtract key sound items to adapt to the nature and scale of your event. In addition to our package, we offer the following extras:
- Giant Jenga: R500
- Karaoke: R500
- Low foggers (dancing on the clouds): R1000
- Bubble machine: R500
Photography Services:
All our photography packages include post-production editing and free travel within Pretoria. For other destinations, travel costs will be calculated accordingly. We also provide printing services for canvasses and albums upon request.
- Event Photography:
- Package Price: R3500.00
- Perfectly suited for birthdays, year-end functions, corporate events, or any occasion worth capturing
- Includes 4 hours of shooting, resulting in approximately 100 photos
- 1-2 photographers to capture all the important moments
- Add this package to any of our DJ packages for a discounted price of R2500.00, and enjoy unlimited hours of shooting for the duration of the event.
- Personal Shoot:
- Package Price: R4750.00
- Ideal for family albums, maternity events, engagement shoots, or couple albums
- Includes 4 hours of photography and approximately 100 photos
- 1-2 photographers to ensure a variety of shots
- The hours can be divided into a maximum of two sessions, allowing for flexibility in multiple locations.
- Wedding Shoot:
- Package Price: R10,950.00
- Comprehensive coverage from the morning preparations until the dance floor opens
- Capture the special moments, including getting ready shots for both parties, father-daughter first glance, chapel ceremony, family photos, couple shoot, decor and food, reception speeches, important dances, and dance floor shots
- Optional night shoot available at an additional cost
- 12 hours of photography with 2 photographers, resulting in approximately 150-300 photos
- Smoke or bubble machine included for the shoot
- Free drone group and couple shots from above (subject to terrain and weather conditions)
- 20-photo album print and 2 canvas prints (A4 and A2) to preserve your cherished memories
- Free travel within Pretoria
Optional Night Shoot Add-On: R2500.00
- Includes additional lighting and pyrotechnics for a captivating nighttime photography experience.
General Information:
- A 50% deposit is required for all DJ and photography packages.
- Techno Phonic (Pty) Ltd retains the rights to all images captured during the event.
- Travel and accommodation costs, if applicable, will be calculated separately.
- We also offer videography services as an add-on. Please inquire about options and pricing.
